Order Processing All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States only. Standard shipping is FREE for orders of $150 or more. For order under $150 the applicable rate is shown at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. After shipping, delivery typically takes 3–8 business days, depending on the destination and carrier. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. We’ll email tracking information when your order ships.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Issues If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at team@bbnmsenterprises.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
